This year CCPC is participating in Buy in the Mid Valley, a local fundraiser organized by the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. Buy in the Mid Valley cards cost $20, and can be used to obtain discounts at a number of Salem area restaurants and businesses. A significant portion of the revenue generated by the cards goes toward nonprofits such as CCPC. To purchase a
CCPC youth often lack access to activities and resources which many take for granted. However, through the generosity of Sleep Country Foster Kids, we are able to provide life-changing opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable. One of our mentors recently shared an encouraging account of a CCPC youth who, though the use of Sleep Country funds, has experienced the benefits of taking karate classes.
